The office is in-network with Medicare. The office is in-network with the PPO insurance plans (you can visit any health care provider without a referral or authorization) Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, CareAdvantage, Health Plan of San Mateo, Medi-Cal, TriCare and United Healthcare.

The office is also in-network with the HMO insurance plans (you need a referral or authorization prior to scheduling an appointment) Canopy, Hill Physicians Medical Group, CCHP, AAMG and Jade Medical.

The office is in-network with most supplemental plans such as AARP, GEHA, HealthNet, UMR and others. If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, contact the office and we can check your plan for you. Many health insurance plans allow you to see any healthcare provider

At your visit, the office will ask that you present your insurance card and a photo ID prior to rendering services so that we can make a copy of it for billing purposes.  Please contact Peninsula Hearing Services if you are unsure if the office is in-network with your health insurance plan.
